Are My Ears Burning?

These Modern Alchemy candles sound intriguing (and do look at their website, because it's lovely). I'd heard about them in a previous issue of Lucky magazine, but they are expensive enough that I didn't do anything about it.

Now that I've seen them, though... The scents sound really complex and interesting. Ex Libris smells like leather, paper & parchment; Salem smells like burning wood; and Boston Tea Party smells like "English black tea and cedar is thrown overboard -- tangled in seaweed."

Plus, look at the candle itself (although this picture doesn't show the intricacy of the container very well). And they last for 40 hours. Alas, that is still more than $1 per hour.
