Aren't these quilts lovely? I have fallen in love with them. They are by Denise Schmidt.I really like more contemporary quilts. I think this would also look good in a cream, with sage and blue (and maybe plum?) stripes.

I have her address book and there are beautiful quilts in it. . .she also has a line of fabric that you might enjoy.

I have her address book, too, thanks to your mom!!! I discovered her book at work a while back and HAD to own it! It's titled "Denyse Schmidt Quilts" with 30 projects (tote bags, pillows, quilts, etc.) I think what makes her work so great is the use of solids paired with bold retro-looking fabrics. Love it!
