This picture is to illustrate the fly stickers, available at Ferm Living US. But I really like the branch. That seems like it shouldn't be that difficult to do, and what a great impact.

They also have some lovely wallpaper, which is how I found them via Design*Sponge. I like this shade of green -- very fresh.
