ohdeedoh now. These owls are adorable. They showed this mobile, which I think is super cute.
Then I followed the link to
Moonstitches, which was the original inspiration for Marina (the creator of the mobile). The pattern is from a book, but she has a lovely tutorial for how to make them. One that I think even I could do -- possibly with my new sewing machine (thanks mom & dad!).
They are particularly wonderful when bulked together like this, yes? She also provides an actual
pattern for flat owls to make a banner.
